🌻 catch dee’s vibes is the name of my weekly vibe sessions that are live-streamed on sunday’s from my instagram page @deesvibesllc. the virtual platform is amazing, but in an attempt to reach more people, catch dee’s vibes will additionally be held as real life events, too. with everything being tailored to fostering a sense of ~holistic~ healing, i aim to host therapeutic gatherings full of realness, openness, & oneness. each month will have its own topic & theme in association with raising humanity’s vibrations in elevating spiritually as a collective conscious. 🌻

🦋 catch dee’s vibes events is my way of intentionally steppin into my alignment & tappin into my divine life purpose. as a powerful carbon goddess, i have the natural energy of inspiring others to want to heal themselves. dee’s vibes llc aims to spread loving enlightenment so others can feel called to initiate or continue their healing journey while finding the joy along the way. 🦋

the first kickoff event was a mixer; here’s the summary:

i provided a vegan taco bar with fruit, veggies, water & mimosas. because what are vibes without food & hydration?

i explained my brand name, the purpose of my events, & how i believe they will benefit the community. we discussed what spirituality means to us as individuals, the importance of implementing holistic practices for our healing, & had an open, general discussion about mental health.

we ended up vibin out to music & playin a couple hands of spades. i also made sure everyone left with the handouts pictured below the open discussion questions!

open discussion questions included:

🌻what does mental health mean to you?
🌻how do you know if your mental health is declining?
🌻what first comes to mind when you hear living holistically?



october topic- abundant mindset; here’s the summary:

everything in life is about mindset: what we feel, what we experience, how life happens, the people we attract, opportunities (or the lack thereof). our minds are our most powerful tool once aware of how to utilize it. think about how movies are created for an example; “aye man we should film this story into a movie.” “yeah that’s a good idea, what should the name be? the characters? any plot twists?” one single thought turns into a million-dollar production.

so if we’re having consistent “bad” or negative thoughts, that’s what our everyday reality will be. & that’s giving scarcity mindset vibes. where does that come from? & why does it linger? –> it’s fear-based, coming from the daily thoughts we feed ourselves, in which comes from past traumas that creates limiting beliefs & further ways of living. in short, we become hyper-focused on the negatives.

now we know we have to go through our sh*t to get through it, right? so part of shifting into an abundance mindset is practicing self-accountability (be real with yourself), self-forgiveness (release guilt & invite love), & self-acceptance (let go & embrace yourself).

there’s small daily things we can do for a more abundant vs scarcity life: yoga/exercising, thinking happy thoughts, acknowledging emotions yet not dwelling in them. however, the most important thing we can do is to practice daily gratitude.

having a gratitude attitude is far more beneficial because it allows you to stay present in each moment, which invites positive fulfillments into your life. when you’re grateful for the things you do have, it’s like you’re creating space for the things you don’t have but want/need/desire to attract to you. –> you have higher vibrations that are in alignment with the energy of your manifestations, because you’re more in alignment with the emotions of how your manifestations will make you feel. & that is the key.

🌻 everyone participated in an activity where we all wrote an affirmation on a mirror, with the handout being a personalized mirror to do your own at-home mirror affirmations. 🌻 affirmations in general help to boost self-esteem/self-confidence which also boosts believing in yourself. & then looking at yourself while hearing your own voice speak positivity about yourself, is powerful. 🌻 everyone took pictures together before making it a 4/20 friendly event & going about our ways. thank you to those that made this event possible & so full of healing energy!! 🌻



november topic- benefits of minding your business; here’s the summary:

*i offered one-on-one guided meditations an hour before the event started. the intention was to facilitate meditation to help with mental clarity from releasing stagnant energy & inviting abundant energy into our experience.

where does the lack of minding your own business come from? it could be embedded in low self-esteem & not understanding your power, therefore not knowing yourself to operate within your worth. this makes it feel hard when setting goals or living within your purpose because it’s hard to know what makes you happy when you don’t know or love yourself.

it could be from a lack of emotional regulation; a lack of a positive/abundant mindset; or a power-&-control issue. it could also be due to the societal, acceptable norm of there being control over everything (matrix mentality). it feels easier & more convenient to consume your time on others, to place judgments on others based on what you believe you know about them & the daily choices made for their life.

example: social media –> people keep tabs on you & believe they know your life. when in reality, they’re only given select pieces of your life from you choosing what to post & if you’ll keep the comment section open or not, etc.

when you don’t mind your own business, it feels comfortable to consume yourself with someone else’s business because some parts of you have become aware of how you lack “business” or goals/dreams/aspirations of your own to manage & control.

the amount of energy placed into figuring someone else out from constant prying & gossiping leaves you little to no energy to give yourself for your own life decisions. additionally, you can get easily distracted/block your fulfillments from different opportunities trying to come your way by being in someone else’s business. what do we gain from doing that?

🌻 everyone participated in an activity where we played a game of cup pong, having one person be a source of sabotage & distraction while still having to play the game of cup pong. as each person alternated as the decoy, we each were able to experience hardship in successfully playing the game due to being in someone else’s business! it was hella fun; thank you to those that came & showed love!! 🌻

JANUARY’S EVENT – BONFIRE VIBES – 1/14/24

the bonfire idea truly came from me journaling through some really hard shadow work. i realized that there are not only old versions of myself to cut loose of but also attachments to people, things, & places as well. 🗣️can we make some noise for the law of detachment!?!?!

due to inclement weather, the bonfire was changed to an inside event; here’s the summary:

the 🔥fire🔥 element can be heavily beneficial to reflect on our lives with the intent to burn our limiting beliefs, stagnating attachments, & old ways of living. how are we gonna elevate higher holding on to dead weight🤨? letting go & choosing to heal [from a place of love] will naturally create space for what we truly need to be doing daily to attract the lifestyle we want. due to these insights, i still wanted to host a healing event utilizing fire in some sort of way.

the event started with slight refreshments including hot cocoa, along with me explaining how staring or gazing at fire or a candle-lit flame can stimulate our 3rd eye because the pineal gland feeds on light. with consistency, it will increase intuition, alertness, creativity, & psychic abilities. additionally, fire helps us to create life balance by invoking passion & inspiration due to the excitement it brings forth from within us. the heat creates transformation & the light creates illumination/activates our imagination.

now although i personally celebrate the new year in march as springtime is when the new year truly begins, there is still an universal energy shift that happens in january because of the collective conscious celebrating on december 31st. there is hopeful & renewing energy floating all around us all throughout the month of january, as well as there had just been a new moon in capricorn on thursday, 1/11, which symbolized new beginnings, setting goals, & ambition/self-discipline.

there was a discussion on what we were all most proud of from 2023; what does our current daily habits look like; & if those daily habits align with what we’re wanting to change, modify, implement, or achieve in 2024. i was adamant on highlighting the importance of maintaining an abundance mindset when it comes to assessing our levels of success; it’s okay to have to recommit to yourself or your goals & dreams as many times as it naturally needs to happen. success is not measured by the amount of things we achieve but by the amount of intentional healing & self-awareness we practice that will organically align us with our manifestations.

lastly, i facilitated a surrender & release guided meditation to help us all prepare for the activity. the meditation called for us all to close our eyes, take some deep breaths, & envision our lives with & without the things we need to let go of. i provided different candles for everyone to choose from (& were able to take home) along with slips of paper in order to write down things, people, &/or places we need to let go of to move onward & upward. upon opening our eyes out of the meditation, i invited everyone to light their candle & stare at the flame before writing our surrenders & burning them into a bowl of water.

the 2 amazing friends that were able to attend, along with my mom, all shared feeling a sense of release & rejuvenating energy from within, as well as feeling inspired to continue focusing on making necessary changes for growth & expansion.

i unfortunately didn’t capture many moments via pictures or videos from this event; i most definitely have to work on that for future events, so i’m not making any excuses! however, i do believe it speaks to how present & intentional i was throughout the event.


FEBRUARY EVENT – ALIGN YOUR SELF-LOVE NEEDS 2/25/24 🥳 birthday bonfire themed as well 🥳

february’s “catch dee’s vibes” event was to focus on bringing discussions & activities tailored to helping us align our self-love needs with our self-love activities. we hear a lot about our daily habits & routines in terms of scratching things off our goals &/or to-do lists, but i felt there wasn’t enough talk about the importance of making sure we’re not just doing ANYthing to pour love into ourselves. we as individuals change just as much as our wardrobe does or the seasons/the weather, so it’s inevitable that the things we do to appreciate ourselves will change overtime as well.

the activity was writing love letters to ourselves, which was super cute & fun to do together, & some people even shared their creativity by reading their letters aloud for everyone! once “catch dee’s vibes” event was over & done with, we continued catchin vibes by gardening (IYKYK 🤭🌱), listening to music, & just enjoying each others’ company! the above recap from my instagram sums up the event; check it out & leave a comment or DM me to chat about it!


MARCH EVENT – SPRINGING INTO WOMEN’S HISTORY MONTH – 3/24/24

march’s “catch dee’s vibes” event was all about celebrating women’s history month & learning about how march is actually the month that holds the real new year! we started off discussing the astrological calendar/year, making march 19th the actual new year like the gregorian calendar claims january 1st as the new year. (think about it: how is the new year in a season of natural hibernation?) we transitioned into highlighting different women’s movements & had a very insightful & engaged conversation about women’s rights, various organizations, & the impacts the lack of women’s rights have effected the world.

being that i merged 2 different topics into one theme for the event, i had 2 activities: thank you notes & vision boards. tailoring to women’s history month, i set out thank you cards for friends to write a special note to a special woman/women in their lives. & to tailor to the new year, i set out all different kinds of prompts for everyone to make their own vision boards. we laughed, talked, networked, connected– we really vibed out at this event & my heart is still so full of genuine love, support & appreciation to everybody that came! yall, we even vibed out for sunday funday AFTER the event! 🗣️you don’t wanna miss the vibes at catch dee’s vibes events! follow the brand on instagram @ deesvibesllc to stay updated on event dates!


APRIL EVENT – HOLISTIC HERBALISM – 4/21/24

april’s event was all about diving into holistic health & utilizing herbal medicine to holistically assist in taking care of yourself. april holds one of my favorite holidays, the ✨gardening✨ day of 4/20, so it was only right to introduce my first ever event giveaway while curating space for also my first ever guest speaker. the giveaway was a top-shelf pre-roll 🤭 & the guest speaker was a friend of mine, a certified holistic herbalist with Just Add Herbs: The Herbal Sanctuary (@_justaddherbs).

we started the vibes off sitting in a circle playing an ice-breaker game that really had us laughin & vibin! we had an immersive discussion about holistic care, the origins of holism and herbalism, as well as the handouts i had for everyone to leave with. the first handout was a list of definitions, the second handout was vitamins, supplements, herbs for healing & for smoking.

herbo the herbalist (guest speaker) dropped soooo many gems on us y’all, from how each of her juices & seamoss gels help with specific health ailments/issues to being vulnerable in sharing her own personal journey. when i say everyone was engaged & just learning together, vibessssss!

💜THANK YOU💜 to everyone that came, that wanted to come but couldn’t make it, that bought a journal &/or poetry book, that participated in the discussions, that interacted in the ice-breaker game, that supported the guest speaker !! for everything. because everything i do to curate these vibes are not only for my own personal healing journey but for the community as well. i appreciate y’all for allowing me to pour into you, you deserve it love!!
